1. Introductie
Deze Privacyverklaring heeft betrekking op de verwerking van persoonsgegevens van bezoekers van de website www.wonderwoods.coml van Wonderwoods Development B.V. Wij, Wonderwoods Development B.V., respecteren de privacy van de bezoekers van onze website en gaan zorgvuldig om met jouw persoonsgegevens. Daarbij houden wij ons aan de bestaande wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van de privacy.
Wonderwoods Development B.V. is een onderdeel van Koninklijke VolkerWessels N.V. Het kan voorkomen dat jouw persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt door VolkerWessels of één van haar werkmaatschappijen (hierna: VolkerWessels).
In deze Privacyverklaring informeren wij je over de wijze waarop wij jouw persoonsgegevens verwerken.

2. Met welk doel worden de gegevens verwerkt en welke persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt?
Wij kunnen persoonsgegevens van de bezoekers van onze website (hierna: bezoekers) voor één of meer van de onderstaande doelen:
- versturen van nieuwsbrieven;
- versturen van vacaturealerts;
- aanmelding voor events;
- het bestellen van artikelen via onze website;
- in behandeling nemen van vragen en klachten;

Wij verwerken van al onze bezoekers:
- IP-adres;

Daarnaast heeft u de keuze om zelf persoonsgegevens achter te laten via onze website, voor één van de hierboven genoemde doelen.

Wij verwerken alleen persoonsgegevens die u zelf bij ons achterlaat:
- voor- en achternaam;
- e-mailadres;
- adres;
- telefoonnummer.

3. Hoe worden de persoonsgegevens verzameld?
De persoonsgegevens van de bezoekers worden onder meer op onderstaande wijzen verkregen:
- Via het gebruik van de website alsmede de daarop geplaatste cookies;
- Door verstrekking van persoonsgegevens door de gebruiker zelf.

4. Hoe worden de persoonsgegevens beveiligd?
Wij nemen de bescherming van de persoonsgegevens van de bezoekers van onze website serieus en nemen daarom passende organisatorische en technische maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking, ongeoorloofde wijziging of een anderszins onrechtmatige verwerking tegen te gaan.
Onze medewerkers die toegang hebben jouw persoonsgegevens zijn gehouden aan een geheimhoudingsbeding en hebben uitsluitend toegang tot deze persoonsgegevens indien nodig voor de uitoefening van hun functie en/of het ondersteunen van de website.

5. Welke rechten hebben de bezoekers en hoe kunnen zij deze uitoefenen?
Op grond van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming hebben bezoekers verschillende rechten met betrekking tot hun persoonsgegevens om hun privacy te waarborgen:

- Recht op verwijdering;
- Recht op het beperken van de verwerking;
- Recht op overdraagbaarheid;
- Recht op bezwaar tegen verwerking.

Het verzoek tot uitoefening van een of meer van de bovenstaande rechten kan schriftelijk worden ingediend bij Wonderwoods Development B.V., te bereiken via news@wonderwoods.com. Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek door u is gedaan, vragen wij u een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs bij het verzoek mee te sturen. Ter bescherming van uw privacy vragen wij u om in deze kopie uw pasfoto en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart te maken.
Wanneer wij een verzoek ontvangen, zullen we afhankelijk van de aard van het verzoek eerst een belangenafweging maken en beoordelen of wij aan het verzoek kunnen en mogen voldoen. Daarna zullen we een passende reactie sturen.
Indien u niet tijdig een antwoord op uw verzoek hebt ontvangen of indien het verzoek is afgewezen, kunt u bezwaar maken bij de Privacy Taskforce van VolkerWessels. Daarnaast heeft u ook altijd het recht om bezwaar te maken bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens of om een procedure te beginnen bij de rechtbank.

6. Verstrekking van persoonsgegevens aan derden Wij kunnen de persoonsgegevens van bezoekers delen met:
- Opdrachtgevers, samenwerkingspartners of klanten van VolkerWessels;
- Onderneming(en) binnen het VolkerWessels-concern;
- Dienstverleners die worden ingeschakeld om in opdracht van VolkerWessels diensten te verlenen;
- Derden, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot toezichthouders, de belastingdienst of andere instanties om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.
Met derden die persoonsgegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor een adequaat niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van de persoonsgegevens van onze bezoekers.

7. Bewaartermijn
Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens van bezoekers niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor de doeleinden waarvoor zij deze zijn verkregen, tenzij wij wettelijk verplicht zijn gegevens langer te bewaren.

8. Cookies

Pixel-tags
Onze website kan "pixeltags" (kleine grafische bestanden, ook bekend als "trackingpixels" of "webbakens") of andere vormen van gegevensverzameling gebruiken om het gebruik van de website te bewaken. Deze tools maken het mogelijk om technische en statistische gegevens te verzamelen over het gebruik van de website. Technische en statistische gegevens zijn het IP-adres, bezoektijden, user-agent-strings, browsertype, monitorgroottes, enz. Het gebruik van deze tools is gebaseerd op een standaardtechnologie die door de meeste bedrijven wordt gebruikt. Op de website zijn buttons gemaakt om pagina's of delen te kunnen promoten op social media kanalen, zoals; Facebook, Instagram en LinkedIn. Deze buttons zijn stukjes code van de social media zelf en gebruiken een cookie. Deze cookie onthoudt dat u bent ingelogd, op deze manier hoeft u niet opnieuw in te loggen om iets te delen. Nieuwsbrief
Voor nieuwsbrieven is het gebruik van trackingpixels mogelijk. Met een tracking pixel is te zien of een e-mail is geopend. De gegevens van de trackingpixel worden door ons gebruikt om onze website en onze nieuwsbrieven te optimaliseren.

This Privacy Statement relates to the processing of personal data of visitors of the website www.wonderwoods.com of Wonderwoods Development B.V. We, Wonderwoods Development B.V. respect the privacy of the visitors of our website and handle your personal data carefully. In doing so we comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the field of the privacy.
Wonderwoods Development B.V .is a member of Royal VolkerWessels N.V. It is possible that your personal data are processed by VolkerWessels or one of its operating companies (hereinafter: VolkerWessels).
In this Privacy Statement we inform you about the way in which we process your personal data.

2. For what purposes are the data processed and which personal data are processed?
We may process personal data of the visitors of our website (hereinafter: visitors) for one or more of the following purposes:

- to order products via our website
- to respond to questions and complaints;
- to respond to service requests.

We process of all our visitors:

To protect your privacy, we ask you to blacken your pass photo and citizen service number (BSN) on this copy.
If we receive a request we will - depending on the nature of the request - first weigh up the interests involved and assess whether we can and may comply with the request. Based thereon we will send you an appropriate response.
If you do not receive a response to your request in a timely manner or if your request is denied, you may object to the Privacy Taskforce of VolkerWessels. You may also at all times object to the Data Protection Authority or institute court proceedings.

6. Provision of personal data to third parties We may share the personal data of visitors with:
- Clients, partners or customers of VolkerWessels;
- Companies within the VolkerWessels group;
- Service providers that are engaged to provide services on behalf of VolkerWessels;
- Third parties, including but not limited to supervisory agencies, the tax and customs administration or other agencies, in order to comply with statutory obligations.
We conclude processing agreements with third parties that process personal data on our behalf in order to ensure an adequate level of protection and confidentiality of the personal data of our visitors.

We will keep the personal data of visitors no longer than is required for the purposes for which they have been obtained, unless we are under a statutory obligation to keep the data for a longer period.

Pixel tags
Our website can use "pixel tags" (small graphic files, also known as "tracking pixels" or "web beacons") or other means of data collection to guard the use of the website. These tools make it possible to collect technical and statistic data about the use of the website. Technical and statistic data are the IP-address, visiting times, user-agent strings, browser type, monitor sizes, etc. The use of these tools is based on a standard technology that is being used by most of the companies. Pixel tags may also possibly placed by external service providers to take care of advertisements for us through the internet. These service providers can collect anonymous information (other than the IP-address of your computer) about the visit to our website.

Buttons social media
At the website buttons have been admitted to be able to promote pages or parts on social media channels, such as; Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. These buttons are pieces of a code of the social media itself and use a cookie. This cookie remembers you being logged in, so you don‘t have to log in again when you want to share something.
